My family is first in my life, and I am privileged to be able to get out and shoot as much as I do, on the odd occasion I am joined by my wife and I consider those days to be the best days shooting.

​

I started shooting seriously about 8 years ago and have learned a lot over the years and not just about cameras and Photography but about my self and the inner strength needed to get to places most don’t. I am a patient and determined person and will sit for hours waiting for the right opportunity and or lighting to happen. From leaving the house at 4 in the morning to capturing a sunrise to arriving back home at 4 in the morning after a night of Astro photography.

Photography is a way to show my journey through life, to show areas of our province, Canada and various places around the world that I have traveled to.

Every image creates and emotion from the time I planned it to the moment of capturing it as well as the response of the viewer looking at them and talking to me about the journey.
